The key to finding what you want is to know the YEAR of the event; then you browse through the events of that year.

Each of the dozen or so 'pages' of the Chronology consists much material, through which you will have to cursor down.  

bullet The indices will NOT take you directly to the entry, but to the YEAR within which you will have to search.  
bulletThe General index is the "which year" one
bulletIf you are looking for an Act, try the Acts index
bulletIf you know the name of the Report you want, try the Reports index

 

bulletIf you know the date of the event that interests you, go directly to the point in the text of the appropriate chronological page.   Cursor down or use the quick locate system on those pages where it appears.  Look for what you want under the appropriate year.
 

 
bulletTry the search engine above will search the site and produce the sections of the site that you need, although you will still need to find reference within that page.
